Hi everyone,

On December 20, 2023 Glenda Smith and I delivered 207 fleece hats and some scarves as well as very nice totes to the womens center at

Well Spring. The hats were sewn by many of our members and the totes were made by Juanita. Of course the women and children are very

grateful for these warm items and each year we seem to add a few more to the count. Thank you for your time and creativity.

Hey SQC members, we had a great meeting as usual. We recived more information about our planned May 6-9 retreat up in Auburn.

Some of you went ahead and paid your $50.00 deposits. Thank you for that.

We also had a guest, Linda Brooks, who during Show and Tell shared a quilt she had completed. I am attaching it on this page.

Well ladies, we had another great meeting filled with information, show and tell and of course eating. Kathlean gave a detailed presentation of our

next Block of the Quarter #3. It is titled "Fly Me to the Moon" and it is out of this world. This photo shows Kathlean, Roxie, and Clair holding their

block number #2 tops completed.

Sally tells us that she really enjoys working with circles and she really did a beautiful job with these two pieces.

Yvonne has started a group that is focussing on creating bags and purses. Yvonne is wearing a purse she created that can be worn around the waist.

Patterns for this particular bag were given to members of the group.

As previously stated we had a lot going on August 10, 2023.
